Deposit Policy
50% non-refundable deposit of the accommodation package is required to secure your reservation. Credit card deposit will only be charged after the booking is confirmed. Once the credit card is processed, the company will email your confirmation to you, which must be retained for check-in purposes.
Cancellation Policy
50% deposit for the accommodation package is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to the arrival date, or if there is a shortened stay or a No-Show, the guest will be charged 100% of the total reservation price.
