Deposit Policy
50% non-refundable deposit of the accommodation package is required to secure your reservation. Credit card deposit will only be charged after the booking is confirmed. Once the credit card is processed, the company will email your confirmation to you, which must be retained for check-in purposes.
Cancellation Policy
50% deposit of accommodation package is non-refundable. The guest will be charged a 100% total price of the total reservation if cancellation made within 14-days prior arrival date or shortened the stay or even No-Show.
