We have had staff take the guests to our neighbouring island of Nusa Penida on their own time, brought them home to meet the family, and even taken guests to local ceremonies as their personal guests. The food menu can be tailored from the Chefs based on individual needs, as well as Management & Front Office staff knowing which excursions & other venues to recommend on the island from reading the guests. We even have a Guest Service staff member greet our guests in Sanur before coming to Lembongan to assist through the process of island transferring.
