At Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa, the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff family has been, and will always be a top priority. Our guest service ethos of passion, care, & authenticity is continuously transcended.  In response to the current global situation, we are evolving our operational strategies to ensure we can uphold the highest level of your Bali ‘Home Away From Home’ service standards that we are known for.

We are proudly Government of Indonesia regulation cleanliness standard CHSE certified by the Bali Tourism Office, and exceeded expectations on all requirements. Our already rigorous cleaning processes have now been enhanced with required preventative diligent safety protocols for when we reopen.  As the global effects of COVID-19 continue to evolve and information is released, we are taking cues from the Indonesian authorities, and regular updates from the Bali Hotels Association.
