At Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa, The Deck Cafe & Bar, & Muntigs Bar & Restaurant, we know how important it is to nourish your body, mind, & soul…. with the core principle being what we eat. Caring for our environment is also a fundamental priority, so when we combine those two values, we decided to build a hydroponic garden and create new menu dishes serving you our garden goodness! Oh, the freshness of it all! Out with the old, in with the new (& of course keeping some of the old tried & true dishes), we added a little more healthy, a little more guest flexibility, & a lot more color.
