Safety First With the Batu Karang Lembongan Resort Staff!

At Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Day Spa, we prioritize the continuing education and development of our staff. We also prioritize the safety of our guests, which is why we ran a three-day First Aid Training programme with SOS International for 45 of our staff to empower themselves in what to do in an emergency medical situation! We are proud to let everyone know these staff members are now certified basic first aid attendants, and happy to help should the emergencies arise (touch wood!).

Being on an island with only basic medical care, it is of the utmost importance to ensure that the staff have the necessary skills and tools to be responsible for one another and our valued guests. It is exciting that they are now equipped with the confidence and knowledge of being able to lend a good-samaritan helping hand to locals and Nusa Lembongan guests. Not only that, the team building they experienced was full of laughs and social media posting of their role-playing…CPR, bandaging, and choking skills for days! While we can’t stop accidents from happening, we can do our best to help make our community a better place with empowering the locals.
